Terry was born and raised in New York and was immersed in the real estate industry at an early age. His love of real estate began when he would join his father, who was a broker, at open houses and has evolved as he became an investor and real estate agent himself.
Terry currently owns a mixed use investment property (where one of his two restaurants resides) and is a property manager for residential property in Santa Monica. As a business owner and real estate investor, Terry has a plethora of experience in sales, service, and marketing that he brings to all of his transactions. Terry’s upbringing and sales experience have developed his relentless attitude toward negotiations and getting the best possible outcome for his clients.
